Susanna & the Magical Orchestra, "Turn the Pages"
from List of Lights & Buoys (Rune Grammofon, 2004)

For those of you ailing from Bjork going Bobby McFerrin on ya azz with Medulla, Susanna & the Magical Orchestra might be your salve. While she doesn't sound at all like Iceland's favorite pixie, Susanna's soft voice and gorgeous music, as created by Morten Qvenild (of Jaga Jazzist) and produced by Andreas Mjos (also of Jaga) and Deathprod (aka Helge Sten of Superslient), has the electro-wooziness of Vespertine and the bedroom ambiance of indie IDMers Dntel and the Postal Service.

Norway is the best. And so are you.
